I liked the cover of the Bob Dylan song on Randy's new album. I also liked his previous cover of "King of the Road." Now, if I had to pick one Beatle's song for Randy to cover, what would it be? I haven't decided yet. Any ideas? I'll have to think about it and get back to you with my Randy Beatle's cover suggestion.

Well, a couple of weeks ago, Randy Travis did a Friday night show here in Spearfish, SD. My husband and I were out of town and hated to miss it, but were even more disappointed when we got back into town and checked messages. My husband is a minister at the Northern Hills church of Christ between Spearfish, SD and Belle Fourche, SD and while we were out of town, whoever was organizing Randy's transportation to and from the Rapid City, SD airport, phoned to ask if our church van's would be available!

As I was listening through my Ipod (Mp3 Player) yesterday night, I listened to a song I believe Randy Travis will sing real beautiful. The song is named "Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)" by Chris Tomlin.

For most of you who heard it, and for others who haven't, the song is Amazing Grace but the song changes within the song and is different. But the song is AMAZING!! It is such a beautiful song and I truely believe Randy Travis will do an amazing job if he sings it. Here is the video if you would like to see it, if you haven't heard it. So far I think this Ranch thing is a rip-off. I was under the impression Ranch members got to meet Randy at Meet and Greets. Turns out only four are chosen each time. I can see how he would not have time to meet more than four a night (sarcasm):) I want to meet him and have him sign my guitar that I am going to will to my 14 year old daughter someday.

I've just been through a tough time and this song speaks to my heart.
I would love to have the chords so I could try to play it on my guitar. I'm just a student so it would have to be fairly simple, maybe in key of G or D

I would like to get the DVD of " Randy Live" performance. I ordered one from Amazon (twice) but only got the music, not him perfoming live?? Can someone please tell me how to order, so I get the correct one..Thanks

Does anybody know if Randy is coming back to Canada for his next Tour??

I wrote a faith song that I think is perfect for Mr Travis and I would love to have him hear it.
I play and sing in a Christian band(New Song) in Flanders New Jersey and have done some of Randy's faith music with our pastor who plays violin. The congregation loves it when we do "Closer Walk With Thee" ala Randy Travis.
I would love to hear back if at all possible.
