Randy Travis is listed among nominees for the 2013 CMT Music Awards. The ceremony will air live from Nashville at Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, June 5 on CMT and CMT.com at 8:00 p.m. (ET/PT).

“It’s an honor to be nominated for Collaborative Video of the Year with The Avett Brothers. I really enjoyed working with them and everyone on the CMT Crossroads project,” says Travis.

This will mark the 12th anniversary of the CMT Music Awards. Kristen Bell will return as host for the second consecutive year, being joined by first-time host, Jason Aldean.

The CMT Music Awards, the network’s highest rated and most-watched event of the year, is a fan-voted awards show for country music videos and television performances. Veteran live event producer Michael Dempsey returns to executive produce the 2013 CMT Music Awards alongside director Joe DeMaio.

Fans can vote online at CMT.com and on their mobile device at CMT Mobile or the CMT Insider app available on iPhone, iPad and Android now through Sunday, June 2 at midnight (ET).

Aurora, IL just announced the lineup for its new RiverEdge Park Music Garden season. Randy will join classic country legend, Loretta Lynn, in headlining the first night of RiverEdge on June 29. Tickets for the concert go on sale Saturday, April 20 at 10 A.M. ET.

Last Saturday, March 23, Randy celebrated the 25th anniversary of his award-studded career at Billy Bob's in Fort Worth, Texas. Randy wooed the crowd as he performed past hits such as "Too Gone Too Long," "If I Didn't Have You," and "Forever and Ever, Amen."

On Friday, October 11 and Saturday, October 12, Randy will perform in Branson, Missouri as part of their "Moon River Weekends." The concerts will take place at The Andy Williams Moon River Theatre.

Randy performed Monday at the memorial service for slain ex-Navy SEAL sniper Chris Kyle. Randy began by playing an acoustic version of "Whisper My Name," which Kyle's wife had told him was a meaningful song for the couple. After, Randy sang "Amazing Grace" for the thousands gathered at Cowboys Stadium in Dallas, TX. Randy said that he never met Kyle, but wished he had.

On November 22, Randy will join George Jones on stage at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena for the final stop of Jones' "Grand Tour." The concert will conclude the 58-year career of the revered country music legend. In addition to Randy, Jones has selected Jamey Johnson, the Charlie Daniels Band, and Lorrie Morgan to perform at the historic event.
