Fan reviews

I have only been to about 7

I have only been to about 7 of Randys concerts and I would have a hard time to say one show was any better than the rest. They were all great! I would have to say maybe that I like this one the best only because I have now got to meet 3 other Randys Ranch fan members in person. Also I can now say that I've had a meet and greet with the one and only Randy Travis. I was in line with all of the other people who was to meet and greet with Randy when they told us we were only going to be permitted to take one picture and no autographs. They said that Randy and Lib was going home for while and wanted to get on the road. I was kind of disappointed but could understand. Then myself and one other from the fan club with fan club meet and greet stickers was asked to step to the back of the line. When everyone else was done they told us because we were in the fan club we would get an autograph and a picture. I was so grateful. I was the very last one so I felt like I was not rushed at all. He asked me if the picture I gave him to sign was for me or someone
else. I said oh no this is for me, I've waited for over 20 years for this. This made him laugh. He asked where I was from. I told him that I had also just seen him in Lincoln at the state fair 2 nights earlier. Someone made a joke about another stalker (which also made him laugh). I asked Randy if he was aware that Danny Gokey from American Idol was signed to do a country cd with RCA Nashville. I told him that I had copied a piece off of the fan club were Danny was quoted as saying that after Randy asked him if he had ever considered country music, he had decide that that is were he needed to be. He acted quite surprised. I showed him the article and told him he could keep it. He seemed very greatful. He told me that he thought that Danny would be very good at country.I thanked him for his time and told him I hoped he enjoyed his time at home and then shock hands before I left. It was a time I will remember for ever as would any fan!
