Child Safety Network

The Celebrity Lamborghini Gallardo, a custom exotic sportscar, which has been signed by Randy along with many other celebrities, will be auctioned by Kruse International to the highest bidder on September 4th, 2006. Other participationg celebrities include Jon Voight, James Caan, Regis Philbin, Will Ferrill, Paula Abdul, and many others! The proceeds will benefit The Child Safety Network, dedicated to preventing child abuse, abduction, and injury.

"Celebrity Duets"

On FOX's newest performance-reality series, celebrities outside the music business will be teamed with veteran performers to sing duets for a live studio audience, and home viewers will be able to vote for their favorites. "Celebrity Duets" will feature Randy along with other legendary singers such as Michael Bolton, Chaka Khan and Clint Black. "Celebrity Duets" is being produced by Simon Cowell of "American Idol" fame. It will premier as a special two-hour broadcast on FOX, 8 p.m. ET on August 29th, and then it will go into its regular 9 p.m. ET time slot beginning September 7th.

CMT Cross Country

Recently in Nashville, Randy Travis and Josh Turner taped a special live show together for CMT's new series, "Cross Country". Randy and Josh performed their favorites together, accompanied by Randy's band. The show will be aired several times on CMT starting August 11, 2006.

Legends

"Legends," a collection of western photographs, signatures & memories commemorating the 30th anniversary of The Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows. Unique limited edition book, produced for the benefit of the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows, limited to 250 numbered copies and 100 deluxe copies. On April 5th, 2006 at The Gospel Music Association's 37th Annual GMA Music Awards, Randy, along with producer Kyle Lehning and Word Records, won the Dove Award for Country Album of the Year for Randy's Glory Train album.

The Gospel Music Association's 37th Annual GMA Music Awards will take place on Wednesday, April 5th, 2006 at The Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville. Randy has received the following nominations: Country Recorded Song of the Year: "Angels" from his Passing Through album, along with songwriters Buck Moore, Troy Seals and Harvey McNalley, and Word Records. Country Album of the Year: Glory Train, along with producer Kyle Lehning, and Word Records.

The Visitation

Randy's new thriller, The Visitation, is directed by Robby Henson and is based on the New York Times-bestselling novel by Frank Peretti. The film was released by 20th Century Fox to select theaters January 20th, 2006, and it will be released on DVD February 28, 2006.

Randy has donated an autographed silk sports coat he wore on his 2004 tour to The American Heart Association for an online auction on Ebay. This beautiful gold colored 100% silk sports coat from Bergdorf Goodman has been signed by Randy on the inside right front chest panel. "The Prodigal Pig"
