Randy's Ranch Renewal
We know many of you have had trouble renewing your Randy's Ranch membership. We are sorry and trying to make this a much easier process. But, until then, here's the step X step instructions on how to renew currently.
If you have a Promo Code from The Hits Fan Packs,
1. Login to The Ranch
2. Once Logged In, go to http://randytravis.com/enter_promotion
3. Type in your promo code and click submit code. This should extend your membership 1 year.
If you do not have a promo code,
1. Login to The Ranch
2. Click on https://www3.randytravis.com/cart/checkout
3. On Checkout page, put in your customer & billing info and payment method (You'll notice this is similar to when you first joined The Ranch)
4. After you review and submit your order, your membership will be extended 1 year.

My family loves Randy Travis as a person and, of course, for his music. We recently heard preacher Charles Stanley speak at the auditorium in Ocean Grove New Jersey and thought it would be an awesome place for Mr. Travis to do an inspirational concert. It's on the beach and seats 6,500 people. It just seems like the perfect place for a summer concert. Keep us in mind if your team researches the possibility in the future. Renewal
Hey, when I go to those second links. It says there is nothing in your cart nothing else is there to renew another year membership on this end.
So, what do I do next email me personally please and help me out with this.
Mine is up on July17th. I sent you two emails about this.

Renewal
Hi! Guess who?! I am still having problems renewing. I am either taken back to the page with the link to choose between the free sign up or the VIP $19.99 sign up. When I click on the VIP $19.99 sign up, I still get the security warning page, which advises me not to continue. :(
This is happening whether I click on "Join Randy's Ranch" or any other place on the site with a link to join the Ranch. It happens whether I am signed in or not signed in.........

Say when I go to enter the fan club for $19.95 a warning comes up saying that this website's security certificate expired on July 11. That it's not safe to enter my credit card info. Can you renew your clearence so I can safely join Randy's Fan Club? Thanks so Much! Randy Hill

Randy, i think they are working on it; I understand they are aware of the problem. Another person was having the same issue and told me they were aware of it.

Signup/Renewal issues
Hey Randy Ranchers! We've had a few weeks of non-stop technical problems on the site. If you are still having trouble joining, or renewing your VIP All Access fan club membership, please shoot us an E-mail here.
MOST of the issues should be fixed by now, but we'll be more than happy to help if you're still having trouble.
