Hi everyone, this is Kay from RandyTravisTeam. If you have NOT yet received your code for Fan Club Renewal, please read this important message.
I wanted to reach out today and help sort out this issue of Randy's Ranch Members not receiving their fan club renewal codes when purchasing a Fan Club Pack from the online store. An email separate from your order confirmation email was supposed to send out your codes but it looks like there was a nasty bug in the system that prevented codes from being emailed out to people. We are very, very sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you all and we are working on getting this problem fixed as soon as possible to prevent further headaches!
So if you have purchased a Fan Club pack from Randy's online store, and did NOT receive a renewal code, please email wbrnashville@gmail.com with all the information below:

Is the renewal code issue also linked with a glitch in recieving the free $20 toward Randy's Ranch murchandise? My husband and I both signed up to become part of Randy's Ranch a couple months ago but neither of us have recieved our $20 and I'd really like to get a t-shirt before he comes to my town for a concert! :) Anyone have advice? We've written in and heard nothing in weeks...
You should have received two separte codes. One for your fan club registration. The second for your free $20.00 discount.
I'd suggest you email his team via the link here on the Ranch. It may be with all the trouble they were having with the system during that period, that it just never went through on your email noifcation with your fan club code. Hope this helps. Dee

I got my membership renewed but was never given a new code. The IT people made it so I could register for a M and G. The people who are trying to repair the mix up are doing a good job. I called and emailed.
No,l I have not paid yet. But will do that. So, that is the problem. It's me.

In my email there was no code at all. Just something telling me when my membership expired. So, should I contact the website here about it or just wait?

Sandy did you already pay? If so, then you need to request your renewal code.
I also had no problem in bringing up the form to request an M&G at the Kettering show but won't be going to thatparticular show.
I suggest if your renewal hasn't expired and you're having problems, you contact the team via private message at:

as we can only confirm it is working for us.
As the site states with regard to hearing anything, people selected won't be contacted until one to two weeks ahead of the show so something that far out would not be confirmed as of this date.

I've tried signing up for a meet n greet w/Randy at Kettering,Oh on Aug 14,2009 but haven't been able to & I'm a Randy Ranch fanclub member. My membership doesn't expire til 9-12-09. Also nothing shows where I can renew my membership. I would appreciate some help of what I need to do. Thanks
I think if you click on Join Randy's Ranch you can purchase your renewal there. As for the meet and greet form, it comes up for me when I click on the Meet Randy icon. I have signed up for one myself but have not heard back yet.
I had emailed the team in regards to not receiving a new card. I got a return email stating no new card comes with the renewal. I never got a new code or the $20 certificate. Even my order status on here is pending. I'm glad to know this may remedy the situation. I hope my meet and greet gets registered. cowwoman60 Denise
I purchased the box set and fan club on line and Warner Bros. sent the cd but not the fan club pkt that I paid for. Do these take longer or are you out?
Lindaruth, the only thing you should have gotten from the RT Team in addition to your CDs is an e-mail giving you a code to enter to renew your membership and also a code for another $20 off some item in the store. When you enter the code, it should indicate t has been processed. Then they have to update your renewal date to whatever it would be. They are not sending out packets of any type to my knowledge.
You probably should click on RandytravisTeam and send them a private message they can respond to regarding your concern; they could best help you there with regard to your renewal.

I have not received a code for myself or my husband
I got an email stating I had purchased a new ranch card but i haven't seen hide nor hair of it. I need it so I can enter the meet and greet contest for Winstar, How long does it take to get the new car?

Denise, I'm not sure what you got but if you joined the fan club, you should have received an e-mail with two codes - one to enter to renew or join the fan club and another to allow you to purchase an item in the store equal to $20.
Once you enter the code, to renew or join, it should say it was processed. the date may not change as they said they may have to do those manually.
I'm not sure why an e-mail would have told you you purchased a new card unless you did something I'm not aware of. I've never had any card for joining the fan club.
The only cards I ever was aware of was if you used your free six-month card that came with the ATB Deluxe Version to join initially.

You don't physically get a fan club card. You get a promo code to enter into the fan club renewal section. To request a meet and greet you just need to click on the icon in the tour section and put in the needed information. If selected for the meet and greet, you will need to show your photo id, driver's license, etc.
I am reposting this only because i know that a couple of people, with al the other posts, missed this.
Below is the reesponse from the R Team I received when writing to them about codes not updating. It sounds like you need to, if you've not already done so, contact them.
She said the news item was to ahve been updated but i'm sure they are busy and just haven't had time.
It sounds like if you've put in your code and it didn't update, you may want to send them another note so they know to do it manually. I understand they are even still in the process of sending some codes out to those yet not having received them.
Here was their response:

Hi Thanks for the information. I got a code and it says it took it ,BUT it doesn't seem to added another year to my membership. I 'll look for an answer in my email on help on fixing this. I hope Randy comes to the Twin Cities soon. We also Love the new Cds

Mary, I am only guessing at this, but I wouldn't expect the date to change until the current years membership expires. Which won't be until July 17th. when the fan club was officially launched. That is for those who purchased a full years membership at that time.
For those who only had the 6 mo's free membership it would have expired and that may be why you see (on the membership list) some dates indicating 09. . Dee
i am not sure if it might or could be another computer glitch or not. When I wrote to R Team and mentioned it, Kay went in and updated mine manually so mine does now show 07/15/2010.. I did write back and advise that the same was happening to others but then leftit in their hands to handle. At least they are aware of it. I thought they might either respond to me or post a note on the site but so far nothing. As i said, it could be a glitch they didn't realize was happening and now are trying to figure out what to do.

I too thank them Mary, (Kay imaprticular) along with my dear friend Linda (who also aided in my finally getting the code entered ) for all the support and patience regarding my moments of frustration trying to get this membership renewed. A minegrain indeed I am sure. All is well (or at least it seems to be now) that I see the fanclub pushpin indicator next to my name.

Well, I do hate "Spam" on chat rooms and websites - but I like spam on a sandwich and with fried eggs!!! Very tasty, Good stuff! Remember, I lived in Hawaii a long time and spam is VERY popular there. You can even get spam at McDonalds in Hawaii. But I don't eat spam too often, because a man can get the dunlop disease (you know - my stomach done lopped over my belt).

So that's my problem. We ate a lot of Spam when I was a kid. My mom would slice it thin and fry it in a pan. As you said Dr. Givens, it was good with eggs or in a sandwich. We had a lot of fried balony sandwiches too. I see that McDonald's is now selling fried balony and egg bisquits. I always tell the story that we were so poor we had to eat our pets. We actually did eat our pet bunny. I had the misfortune of seeing my dad hit it over the head. Eating bunny wasn't new to us. My dad would hunt squirrel, pheasant, and bunny on my grandma's farm. I guess at that particular time there wasn't much for hunting, so we ate poor Cinder. Well, mom and dad had meat. Us kids couldn't bear to eat our pet. AND that is a true story and I'm stickin to it.
