I already have mine on order but I did get up at midnight last night to download the new song You Ain't Right. I really like the song. I am thinking that whoever wrote it has met some of my relatives. lol

I too have the Fan Pack on order but I also stayed up to download the song and i really do love it. I almost wish that was the one being released but perhaps in the future they will.

i also downloaded the duet; I love the harmony within the song between Carrie and Randy with Carrie doing the harmonizing. .

of course, Ronda, you know that because we kept each other awake, even well after the download times (lol).

I'm just anxiously awaiting Idol now tonight.

I didn't get back to sleep until well after 2:00 this morning. It's a good thing I do not require much sleep.

I have been busy contacting my radio stations trying to get them to play Turn It Around. No luck so far but one dj decided to take pity on me and he did play Randy, not what I asked for of course, but Hard Rock Bottom of Your Heart and then right afterwards he played the duet.

A dj on another station said that he has not once watched American Idol but is going to tune in for the first time tonight.

The first station I listened to played Carrie's ITYS but not the duet. I've been listening to another now who hasn't played either version and only one Carrie song not long ago.

The first station mentioned Carrie on IDOL and that she'd be singing that song Wednesday night; not a word that Randy would be joining her. It must really kill these people to think Randy still has fans and he is still active in the business.

I just get so frustrated with them.

I had to turn the radio off. I just can't stomach most of the music they are playing these days.

I know what your talking about, my local radio station will play Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood(ITYS is getting major airplay)George Strait every hour. It kills me to listen to them now. They must think Randy is no longer around. "Faith in You" and "Dig Two Graves" got no air play what so ever from them. I can call until I am blue in the face and they still want play Randys music. I know that country music has changed some over the years but I cant believe that they just overlook Randys new stuff. I have just come to the fact that "real"country music is a thing of the past. I am glad that Randy is still putting out albums, my support for him will never die.

Also for those of you that may want to know "You Ain't Right" was written by Kelly Lovelace, Phil O'Donnell, and Tim Owens! I got my Greatest Hits CD at Target today! :) Great pictures inside too!

Dwayne, i've yet to figure radio out. One of the major problems I have seen is sometimes one market or station will pick up a song and others in the same area will not waiting to see how it does on the chart. now if someone is a loyal listener of one and not the other, they may never hear the song.

"Dig Two Graves" was played in this area by one station. I predicted however that once Randy appeared here in October and left, they would cease playing it since the other station was not. Unfortunately, I was right. And yet some areas never even started.

I counted my blessings and enjoyed it while it lasted; it just didn't last long enough.

Just have to say I love that shot of Randy in the back of the cd!!

I think we are all scratching our heads, and knocking them what seems to be against a brick wall, when it comes to expecting radio to respond to our requests regarding Randy's music. Be it new or old releases. Yet they seem to have no trouble playing everyone else( Garth, Tracy Lawrence, Doug Stone, Mark Chestnut, ect,ect,ect) I simply don't get it!

I've been reading about this "retro-country"come back of traditional country . But I've not heard anything that would suggest it's making a comeback.

Thankfully, Randy has a competitive nature.Is still willing to put out new music for his fans. Like you Dwayne and everyone else who are fans of the man, I too will support him until HE chooses to end his career. Not because radio chooses to try to end it for him. Dee

This new compilation CD is amazing. I love the previously unreleased songs. Randy is a class act.

I just had a bit of a laugh! I found a typo on the album Three Wooden Crosses - The Inspirational Hits CD. On the inside. It is labeled as "Softy and Tenderly" instead of "Softly and Tenderly"!!! Kinda funny I think!
