• How do I renew my membership to Randy's Ranch?

  We know many of you have had trouble renewing your Randy's Ranch membership. We are sorry and trying to make this a much easier process. But, until then, here's the step X step instructions on how to renew currently.

  If you have a Promo Code from The Hits Fan Packs,
  1. Login to The Ranch
  2. Once Logged In, go to http://randytravis.com/enter_promotion
  3. Type in your promo code and click submit code. This should extend your membership 1 year.

  If you do not have a promo code,
  1. Login to The Ranch
  2. Click on https://www3.randytravis.com/cart/checkout
  3. On Checkout page, put in your customer & billing info and payment method (You'll notice this is similar to when you first joined The Ranch)
  4. After you review and submit your order, your membership will be extended 1 year.

• What do I get when I purchase a Randy's Ranch fan club membership?

  With membership to the Ranch, you will recieve:
  - $20 gift card to Randy Travis Road Ranch Store*
  - Purchase Ranch member only merchandise
  - Access tons of exclusive content on RandyTravis.com, including videos sent directly to the Ranch from Randy & Elizabeth
