  • How do I order items from the store?

    Go to the Store page to browse items. Click "Add to Cart" on the item you want to purchase. Select your size, and complete the order form.

  • Why can't I buy the item I want?

    More popular items may be sold out, or unavailable at times. The RandyTravisTeam will do our best to keep the store up-to-date so you will know when items are available.

    There are fan club only items that are available to members of the Randy Travis Ranch only. You can sign up for The Ranch by clicking here to get access to these items.

  • Why hasn’t my store order arrived yet?

    The efficiency of the warehouse and the postal service both contribute to how quickly your package reaches you. If you have not received your package within 6-8 weeks from the date you received your confirmation email, then please contact RandyTravisTeam for support by clicking here
