• How do I add other users to my friends list?

  1. Login or register with your Randy's Ranch username.
  2. Click on the name or picture of the user you want to add to your buddy list.* This will take you to their user profile.
  3. Click on "Add to my buddy list" link.
  4. Click the "Add" button.

  Click on the “launch audio player” graphic on the left side of the homepage to launch the RandyTravis.com imeem music player.

• How do I shut off the audio player?

  Click on the pause (||) button on the media player, or exit out of the player screen.

  You can view your blog, along with other fans' blogs, by clicking BLOGS in the Main Nav bar.

  To go to your Blog:

  2. Click "Post new blog entry"

• How do I use Private Messaging?

  How do I access my Messages?
  1. Login or register
  2. Click "Messages" in your Member Nav Menu.
  *If you have received a new message or messages from Community Members you will see them posted in your inbox. If you have a new message, you will also be alerted when you Log In via a Alert Message (i.e You have one new private message) under Randy's main photo on each page of the site. The number of messages also posts beside Messages in you User Nav Bar/Menu.

  You can send a Private Message to other Community members either
  via Messages or via Members Profile Page

  Send via 'Message'
  1. Click 'Write A New Message' in Messages
  2. Enter members Username in To: or choose contact in your Contact drop box. (You can get members username in their Profile. It's at the top of their Profile page on the line under User)
  3. Type in Subject & Message and then click Preview or Send.

  1. Clicking on the Name and/or Profile Picture of the member in 'WHO'S ONLINE'. This will open their profile.
  2. Click 'Send Message' under their profile picture/icon in the INTERACT (dark brown box)

  1. Login or register
  2. Go to the discography section of the Music page
  3. Click on the album title or album cover for the album you want to review.
  3. Click on Add Review.
  *If you there are already reviews, click the existing reviews to add yours.

• How do I write my own blog?

  It's easy to start your own blog at randytravis.com!

  2. Click "my blog" link in user navigation bar at the top of the page
  3. Click "post a new blog entry"
  4. Give your entry a title, write your blog, and click submit

• What are Sub Nav bars? Where do I find those?

  1. Sub Nav bars are sub-sections of the pages in the main Nav Bar.
  2. You can find a sub nav bar on the following pages on this site:
  ABOUT, MUSIC, TOUR, MEDIA
  3. Each sub nav bar/tab is directly under Randy's photo in the middle of the About, Music, Tour and Media pages. The tab/title in white is the sub nav page currently open. If you want to open a different sub nav item, click on title/tab and that page will open.

  About: The About sub nav menu includes Biography and Liner Notes

  Music: The Music sub nav menu includes Discography, Song Index Chart History

  Tour: The Tour sub nav menu includes Upcoming Shows and Tour Archive

• What is the Member (User) Nav Bar/Menu? Where do I find it?

  Your Member Navigation (Nav) Bar appears directly under the main Nav bar once you Log In. *You must register & activate a free basic account in order to unlock the Member Nav Bar. It then gives you special access to the site.

  The member nav bar contains the following:
  Hello, Member name (Username) | (Log Out | Help) | my blog | invite new friends | messages | my account
  *You can open any one of these items by clicking on it. We explain how to use each item in Registration section below.

• Where is the Navigation (Nav) Bar?

  The main Navigation (Nav) Bar is at the very top of every page on the site. It's main menu for the site. The nav bar has the following items: HOME, NEWS, ABOUT, MUSIC, FILM/TV, TOUR, MEDIA, SHOPS, BLOG, COMMUNITY. You can click on any of these titles in the Nav Bar to open that page.

  *If you register for a free basic account you will also be able to access a Member Nav Bar.
