I remember this guy back in school
His name was Randy Travis and man was he cool
He was on top of the charts and I recorded it all
I Dreamed one day to meet that man so tall
He is a legend in his own time that much I’ve seen
but humble and gentle and unbelievably sweet
Someday I hope to meet this man
He is so amazing I want to hold his hand.
