Shed plans, 8x12 or other dimensions, can be found in many varieties of designs if looked for in the right places. Now, we can't find good blueprints or plans in the places we'd most likely look, places which common sense would seem to tell us that would be the best places to find them, it seems. For example, we might think to look in some magazine, monthly publications on deck and shed building or wood working for example, and find tiny diagrams and small schematics pushed up into the corners of some articles on better yard care.
We might even think to go to our local library for these, but in any books there, there are only a scarce few plans within, and not necessarily the dimensions we want for shed plans, 8x12, 10x16, or whatever... we'd have to convert the math, and who the hell wants to do that? Not me, pal - and anyways, such books usually are only primarily focused on making pointers on certain construction methods and techniques. Books which hover around this topic that can be found in the literature section of home supply warehouses are pretty much the same, and also geared towards inspiring the would-be DIY'er as to what to by in the lines of lumber and supplies.
But shed plans for 8x12, 10x16, 8x8 and 8x12 and more can all be found online, ready to be downloaded in groups of hundreds or thousands of designs to choose from. This is the best way to get cold, hard, solid plans and blueprints that aren't playing second fiddle to some sort of article content in a book on a broad range of things. If you want to simply find blueprints and plans, online is the place to find them.
