Here is another one that doesn't mention Randy but some may be interested in anyway.

This initially was announced in a CMT news item of July 17 (see below) and is now scheduled to run as noted on Monday, September 8, 2008 at 9:00—11?00PM EDT, starting
at 8:00PM CDT. It does not mention randy anywhere but it does say
plus surprise appearances by Country superstars - a hallmark of the Festival and who better would you all consider a Hallmark of the Festival? Well, that’s us and perhaps not them but you may want to watch or record just in case.

I noticed that Randy's interview with Lorianne Crooks is going to be shown on GAC on September 17 & 18, I believe. At 7:00 & 9:00. Check out GACtv.com to see their television schedule. You can look up shows by artist. Hope this helps.

There are three videos (mentoring tips) of Randy on cmt.com/videos/misc/2650041/mentoring-tips-from-randy-travis that I'm getting ready to check out. I believe you can also get to this site by clicking on Randy's home page "have you got what it takes?"

I also noticed where Randy gave interviews on several shows such as Letterman, Good Morning America, Regis & Kelly, Today Show, and Entertainment Tonight. When Randy was on Larry King, I was able to access their web site and read the transcript. Not as good as hearing him, but...better than nothing.

On the 17th it shows it to be at 9:00PM EDT for anyone wishing to see it again. Other times are:

09/18 - 1:00AM EDT
09/18 - 1:00PM EDT
09/18 - 07:00PM EDT
09/18 - 11:00PM EDT and
09/19 - 03:00AM

On 10/01 Carrie Underwood My road to the Opry also repeats but that only had a small RT part i that. The time for that is 9:00PM EDT and then again on 10/02 at 01:00AM EDT, 12:00PM EDT and 5:30PM EDT.

On 10/06 at 3:00PM EDT, the GAC Master Series with Randy also repeats.

Lastly, On 10/11, the Opry performance wherein Randy invited Carrie to join the Opry is showing to be on GAC at 2:00AM EDT but i did not see any other times on that. It doesn't mention Randy there because this was the one in which Randy made a surprise visit to the Opry to invite Carrie.

I was surprised to see so much Randy repeat but won't complain.

Tonight on Classic Country Hour they are showing performances from the 1989 Music City News Awards Show. Randy is on during the last 17 or 18 minutes of the show. He sings Promises. That was the year that he won the Entertainer of the Year award. They also show his acceptance speech. It is on at 11:00 pm CST. It replays Saturday at 7:00 pm.

I just found this post by Linda about the CMA that will be on Monday night at 8. I really had a hard time finding it, as it looks like the format of this site for Randy has changed. Is there an easier way to find the new posts? I have been away for over a week, and will be gone next week also. I would like to come back and be able to read all the updates on Randy.
