College Life...

Hi everybody. Have not been much on lately since this whole week and entire past week I have been loaded with college work. I have not had the time for anything!! Lol. On the other hand, I manage to finish it on time and hand it the work to the professors. I, for sure, listen to Randy Travis of course as I go through college life. His music is simply beautiful and helps me a lot. College for me is going real well. =)

Question...

I was told that Randy had covered one of George Jones songs "One Woman Man" If it is true, may someone please tell me if there is a way I can hear his version. I really do like the song "One Woman Man" It is such a good song, but I am not sure if Randy covered it once before. So if he did, is there a way I can hear his version of the song?? Thank you, I would appreciate it.

Don't it seem similar?

Hi everybody. There are two songs which to me, they seem similar to each other when I hear them both. The songs are "The Grand Tour" by George Jones, and "She Came With A Frame" by Randy Travis. Now to me, they seem to be similar to each other. The messages within both songs sound the same, just a bit different, but on the other hand, from my point of view, they carry similarities. What do you think? I would like to read some opinions. Thank you, I appreciate it.

"That's Jesus" Rise and Shine Album...

Everytime I listen to Randy's "Rise and Shine" album, the first song I always play first is "That's Jesus". To me, that song has to be played first. Lol. The song is truely amazing and it touches the heart. I absoutely fell in love with it the first time I heard it and still do when I hear it. When Randy sings his gospel, its like gaining a beautiful and wonderful inspirational feeling that flows and fills your heart. Simply amazing!! Thank you Randy for bringing the "BEAUTIFUL" in your Gospel. Thank you.

Randy, I hope you do come back and perform in New Jersey. My parents won't even travel out of state to take me to see you live, even if its a state close by. Lol. I pray you do come to New Jersey again. I only seen you once in concert, and pray to see you again and hopefully, a chance to meet and greet with you. You will forever be the GREATEST country singer!! God Bless to you and your wonderful wife, Elizabeth.

Small question...

This question is not about Randy but I just started loving country music back in 2006 and still learn a lot about it everyday that passes by and discover great country legends since I love the classics in country music. Ok this is my small question...

Was George Jones and Tammy Wynette ever married? After hearing the song "Golden Ring" I always wondered if they were married. Were they? I would like to know. Thank you.
