Another I forgot to mention that is also a very good ole fashion Western style album is "Wind In The Wire". It has the Cowboy Boogie song on it. Along with the title song which is absolutely stirring. They took part of the movie he did for that album and used them for video's for both
"Cowboy Boogie", and" Wind In The Wire".

Anyway, happpy to see you are gradually building your collection of Randy's music. You will love the song "High Lonesome" along with the one "I'm Gonna Have A Little Talk With Jesus" with "Take Six " harmonizing with him on it. Randy sings it acapello (sp) .
He is also a co-writer of that song with Don Schlitz.
Enjoy, I know you will.

Its been a while since I last ordered albums of Randy's that I have not had before since I have been busy. But I have ordered two more which came in the mail today which were "No Holdin' Back" and "A Man Ain't Made Of Stone" which both I am enjoying very much. From my point of view, doesn't matter what Randy sings, country or gospel, he sure is an amazing country singer. This is now an update of all albums I have so far:

You're welcome girlfriend. I know you will love every single one of those albums. I love the variety of the song selections Randy always puts on his albums. Though the themes of the songs are different. They always seem to still flow smoothly from song to song. I honestly think that is a talent unto itself. Randy has always striven to make his albums coheasive.

A few more not on your list are ....
This Is Me,
No Holdin Back,
A Man Aint Made Of Stone,
Hero's And Friends (the duet album)
Old 8X10.

I think you should include "High Lonesome" Esp. the song "I'll Try"..It's one of the best ever...

Thanks for letting me know. Little by little I build my collection when I have the time, but I still get the ones I don't have. My friend has High Lonesome, and knows I am a fan of his music, and told me to get it because it was a real good album, so that will be one of the next ones I will get. Thanks for telling me :)
