Please help RT Team...
Hi there everyone. I have been trying to get in contact with the RT Team, few times already. You see, my friend was new to the Ranch about 3 weeks ago, and she went to use her $20 Certificate just last week for the first time. But right when she used it, it has already been used, when she never used it at all. She tried contacting the team, but never heard a respond. I understand very much that they have so much messages from fans with many questions. That is something I DO understand. I am just trying out, for my friend, a way to get a respond from them, with an answer to what to do, since I do not want to wait a long time and find out nothing can't be done. But I will continue to try as she does herself :)

Have your friend contact us one more time via PM on this site, or via E-mail contact at the bottom of the website. There was an issue with codes over the past couple of weeks, but it should be solved now. I thought I hit all of the E-mails back - but may have missed hers.

Its been at least a week and few days I still have not heard from the team. I know they recieve many messages, which I do understand, I just do not want it to be too late and then my friend cannot be helped. But I am patient and still waiting :)
