Inspirational Journey...
Hi y'all. I've just ordered Randy's "Inspirational Journey" album since I have been wanting it for the longest now! (Lol) I have had all his other gospel albums except "Inspirational Journey" and ever the moment I have heard "Baptism" and "Feet on the Rock", I've been wanting the album (Lol) I can't wait till it arrives! I know for sure I would love it since I love anything Randy sings anyways (Lol) But I am excited till it arrives so I can enjoy listening to it. Yay! (Lol)

As I knew it, the album is GREAT!! Absoutely love it!! Every touching and fulfills me with wonderful inspirational feeling. =)
As I listened to the album, I absoutely love the song "I AM GOING"
I play it over and over again. The song is very touching and has a great message within the song. The song is Great!! Everything he sings is great!!

That song really hit me that way too Jasmin. It was told to Randy by one of his co writers . I think he said it was Buck Moore who told him that was what he experienced as he sat at his mothers side , as she was leaving this earthly existence.
Knowing it was a true story , just made it all the more special when I would listen to it. Such a profound message put so simply. No one does those kind of bare to the bones songs like Randy.
As Linda said, I too am glad you got that album and are enjoying it.
A few other of my favorites on that album was "See Myself In You" and "Which Way Will You Choose' "The Carpenter". And can't leave out his stirring version of "Amazing Grace".

You are so correct Jasmin. As Randy himself says "Gospel music has the power to change lives" and many lives have been changed by Randy's gospel music. We all have seen it, and I have been privileged to see it firsthand. So much good that Randy is doing will last eternally.

No truer words were ever spoken I don't think. I really think this is another song that could have been played on country radio had it been given a chance.

I love that song too. I love it on one of the Touched by an Angel episodes.
Yes I agree that "See Myself In You" is another song from the album that I absoutely love. I love the entire album. And "See Myself In You" is simply a wonderful and beautiful song along with the rest of the album. There is no one other than Randy when it comes to singing Gospel. His voice just makes me feel so relaxed while listening to him and the messages that flow within a song of his is simply beautiful. He will always be the BEST!! =)

Jasmin, glad you got the CD. The song you mentioned, "I'm Going" has always also been one of my favorites. Given it was randy's ffirst Christian CD, however, all of the songs hold a special place in my heart.
