It has been ages since there have been any new photos on the website. Has your cameraman been on vacation or did everything get washed away in the flood. Those of us that haven't been able to go to a cocert in over a year really need our RT fix. Don't you have any award pictures, or anything? We'd all be very greatful. thanks Lindaruth in 113* az

Happy Birthday to Tom T. Hall, Jessie Colter and me! Of that particular group, I am the youngest. This will probably not be posted for a few days so thanks to all who have wished me Happy Birthday so far. It is amazing to me, how I avoided all the crazy drug scene in the 60's; and that now that I am in my 60's, all the drugs I'm on. My date book is full of dr appointments, my life is filled with "did you take your meds"?; and, this morning, after I cleaned my glasses, there was this homely, fat, old woman glaring at me from the bathroom mirror.

While moving, I came across all my old COUNTRY AMERICA magazines. The articles in there about was Randy becoming too Hollywood and would he go to superstar status in movies just as he had done in Country music. Then this week's Country Weekly story about Time McGraw mirrored the same thing. Only Randy wasn't mentioned at all.
How soon they forget who crossed back and forth effortlessly from singing and acting and STILL DOES. Randy really doesn't get the credit owed to him. I don't know if it is misplaced jealousy, or the "new" people really don't know the contributions he has made.

Randy, We never know if you see any of these postings but at least the Team will know. HAPPY 51ST AND MANY MORE. Looking back over the years, so many things have changed and one of the reasons that so many of us are fans is that you don't. Your music is still great and your voice only improves with age. Thanks for keeping the faith and the truth in country music. God's Love Lindaruth in AZ

I just moved from the home where I had lived for 23 years and I was amazed at how much RT product that I have. Magazine artcles and pictures and posters. There was a time when you couldn't pick up a magazine without some type of article about RT. I kept all of them. I have thrown out some much junk though, it is amazing what gathers.

I quit watching the award shows when they became "uncountry" even on the country awards. Is Randy going to perform? Only reason to watch.

I have been reading several comments about Randy and the Grammy win. For younger people, they might actually believe that this is his first win. Could the Travis team print out the total amount of awards Randy has had in his career. Everything from the BOB HOPE award in performing around the world for the troops, to all of the GRAMMYS, ACM,AMA, DOVE,CMA, AND ALL other awards so the new kids can see just what an underrated superstar RAndy really is.

Does anyone know if the movie Randy was making with Pureflix is on video yet? And I don't watch the Grammies unless I know if Randy will be there. Is he even going to the Grammies?

The massive flooding here in AZ has been passing over to the Santa Fe area. I am on high ground and I think Randy and Lib's ranch is on high ground. With all of the people doing things for the victims of Haiti, it was very nice to see several local entertainers giving aid to the Arizonans here who have been left homeless by the flooding and tornados. I know that Randy has worked for several aid and relief programs, is he involved in any now? He always has given his time and money to help children, especially. How is his property?
