They let us out of water early at 1 today. Yard is totally trashed and can't find my outside kittie, but sure he is find, probably hiding in the garage!!

Good Morning,
Just home from my walk, love to go around 5am, it is quiet and peaceful.
When we went to the mts a few weeks ago we came home with 3 bushels of apples!! They are so good. I am going into baking mode here shortly. I found a new and oh so easy recipe for making apple crisp. My husband has eaten 2 pie plates full. Am making some to take to work tomorrow. I am kinda like the den mother there. The average age is like 23. They are a great group of young folks though.

Finally found a minute to drop a line. Linda goes for her second round og chemo tomorrow and am sorry to report her hair is coming out. She was so upset even though it is just hair, she said, but it has to be very tough. My heart aches for her. But that is the update for now.
Am glad I am off tomorrow, am getting our downstairs rugs cleaned and the stairs and landing. I do it 3 or 4 times a year but the need a professional!!

Made it home from our wonderful four days at Smith Mt Lake. It was so pretty and relaxing!!
Well until Sunday morning when an intoxicated person tried to kick in our front door to our cabin thinking it was his. This was at 12:45 am. A real attention getter at the very quiet hour. Needless to say he was lucky he did not get in. He would have had a major problem on his hands.
Any how he got to talk with the local sheriff, seems he did the same thing to another cabin. Crazy people when they get to drinking!
